A Productive Day 1 Workshop

Today marks Mr. Basketmaker’s first FULL week workshop here in McMinnville, Tennessee. And it was quite a productive day.

Everyone started out early this morning out in the main workshop. Amy got right to work sanding her base…

Ginger ventured into Eric’s sanding room and got on one of the machines…

Kay claimed one of Eric’s several work stations…

After a scrumptious lunch delivered by Chef Rebecca from Bonnie Blue Inn, it was off to the main “weaving” room to join Marcia (on the right) who got a big head start on her weaving since she sanded her bases last night after our Open House…

Oh, and also except for Mark who stayed in the workshop all day…

And then there’s one who pretty much did his own thing and wasn’t very productive at all…

  1. This workshop was AWESOME!!! Thank you for welcoming us so warmly and making us laugh so often! We are looking forward to returning!

  2. A day spent weaving with a friend…… it doesn’t get any better than that. Please tell Marcia and Ginger that I said hi and am looking forward to show and tell when we get together in Oct. at Meg’s.
