It was another great New Year Workshop held at Sharon Biardi’s Basket Cases in Ocala, Florida! And a huge shoutout to Anne Bulmer who pulled it all together.
Eric and I only caused a few mishaps… we forgot my Aunt’s basket kit and everyone missed her because last year, she shared so many enjoyable stories! Then my mom booked my sister’s flight back home to Chicago on the same day as the workshop (she thought it was on the 2nd), so she was unable to go as well.
Because everyone else from my family was flying back on the same day as the workshop, I had to drop Eric off in Ocala and bring my parent’s vehicle back to The Villages so everyone could get to the airport (we messed up the vehicle situation as well… but don’t need to make this story any longer). I then drove back to the workshop, well after the awesome lunch Sharon and her husband provided for the class. Eric made sure I knew how great it was and that the potatoes were incredible. (I love potatoes.)
