Some pics from the last two days…
Above is the French Bread Basket that Marcia is making. Below is Miss Amy’s design for the Purse Basket.
Come to think… maybe adding that doggie door in Mr. Basketmaker’s workshop was not such a good idea…
Below is Ginger processing materials on one of Mr. Basketmaker’s nifty sanding contraptions, with Jaxson (the creature above) at her feet…
A gorgeous Apple Basket in the making…
Above is JoAnn making the Purse Basket and below is her husband Mark in the workshop creating Eric’s Creel Basket (the same one that is in the Smithsonian)…
And here’s my cutie in the weaving area…
I LOVE the purse design with all the curls! Amazing! How do we arrange a long distance lesson?!
Those dogs are too cute! What is life without our dog children?
I too am excited to see the finished products. The French bread basket is a perfect addition to the dinner table.
Thanks for sharing. Jan
Thanks Jan. We have another group that just arrived. As soon as I catch my breath I will post the completed baskets!
I remember mr. Basketmaker…… camo hat and long hair, t-shirt and shorts. Yep! He’s pretty good for his age don’t ya think? LOL!
Wait, don’t tell him that. He will never let me come back!!
I’m still cute and I’m 67!! Yep the baskets do look really good! Oh my gosh, all those curls on the purse! Don know if my little fingers could survive that. And Chance looks like he’s doing great after his vet visit. Think he and Jaxon like coming in the A/C with Mr. Basketmaker. Everybody loves this basket heaven. Makes me want to get on a plane and come back out there!
Donna, we are talking about Eric here! LOL. I guess he’s still cute. And you are welcome back any time!!
Hmmm… Isn’t your cutie none other than Mr Basketmaker himself?
Are you still cute when you’re 50??
I see everyone is doing a great job.
Can’t wait to see all the finished baskets!
