Final pics from last week’s workshop…
Amy, who I can say did keep the most organized station, is here at the “drill station” cutting rim pins in her Cottage Mountain Tub….
Mr. Basketmaker is attaching a handle to his Box Car basket…
And here he is again attaching the handles to the “Nessy” basket (which I am campaigning to change the name of)…
I am so glad that students have been enjoying our little, tiny, newly-renovated porch. The dogs loved it even more that people were out there to pay attention to them (mostly Chance as you can see him in the corner nudging against Kay to get an ear rub.)
You think we can write off our renovation expenses for business????
Now, don’t be deceived. Many will think I’m taking a photo of JoAnn, sitting on the porch in this gorgeous Tennessee summer weather, weaving her basket, but I’m really more focused on that Awesome Barn Quilt we recently hung!!! I’m just loving it… sorry….
And here’s the group showing off their baskets for the week. Actually, there’s a few that did not have multiple baskets and I’m not naming any names, but they were the “slackers” and still working on some unfinished baskets that were later completed after this photo was taken.
Looking forward to next year and I hope I am in better spirits to be a little more social!!! But thanks again everyone for visiting us again way down here in middle Tennessee and taking Eric’s class.
