A year ago, we met Petey! He (well, we later discovered is most likely a “she”) is a Tennessee (Plestiodon) lizard. And while I was sitting in my office, I noticed something out of the corner of my eye. And sure enough, Petey was back! (I would recognize that face anywhere!) He was out on his porch, custom built by Mr. Basketmaker. (If you missed last year’s post on how Petey got his/her home, see it here.)
So in honor of National Pet Week, here’s pics of Petey back at his summer home. We missed him (her)!
