Five Questions Friday: Only Two Cool People?

Q from Tripp: Is it required viewing for a professional basketmaker to have to watch the tv show Baskets?
Eric: Ah, no. Lynne and I watched one episode to see what it was about and I can say it sucks. I will add though that because I am a basketmaker, I felt I had to see what the show was about.
(I concur. This show is about a rodeo clown who are known as “baskets” because they hide in those barrels. You would think it would be funny but it wasn’t.)

Q: Now what is this “mr. basketmaker’s docu-mendation” post you keep wanting to do? Can’t give you ‘approval’ unless I know what it is.
Eric: I want to occasionally post my recommended documentaries, since we watch so much of them. But it will be the ones I like.

Q: The ones you like? I’m not sure that’s such a great idea. How many people who read this blog will like the weird stuff that you like?
Eric: Ah, I’m sure there’s plenty. But the ones who would like the same things as me I guarantee will love my recommendation. And also, they will want to come back to hear more.

Q: Okay so about two people?
Eric: Two people? What? Not funny. It will be more than that. But if it’s only two people, then it will be the coolest two people who read this blog.
(yeah… we will see… and your mother doesn’t count as a viewer! Just saying’…)

Q: I’m pretty sure I definitely know the answer to this one… What aggravated you this week?
Eric: Ah, waking up Monday morning and seeing that someone stole our entire mailbox!
(Yup. Me too…)

      1. My Eric and I have sushi every Thursday night. If your Eric sends us a title, we will have sushi and and a documentary every Thursday. Like living next door to each other! k
