One thing we miss about living in New England is the seafood. When we do make it up there, we practically have seafood every night. And since we moved to Tennessee over 7 years ago, we have never had lobster in our new home state.
Earlier this evening Eric said he had a surprise for dinner. Before he left I said we have a frozen pizza you know. And he said “It’s not pizza. So just wait.”
So while waiting, I continued with my yard work. Almost an hour later, he pulls up, hops out of the truck and says “Lynne, did you get my text?”
I told him my phone was inside. He says go get it and I see the text he sent me…
Lobster rolls? From where? We are in middle Tennessee. He told me to look at the truck. I can’t see, I need new glasses. He says it’s the same company that was on Shark Tank (which he watches, I don’t). “Cousins Maine Lobster!” he says.
Oh Cool!
Turns out there is a truck in Nashville now and they decided to do some traveling outside of the city and they were in our town for just today.
So we had two fabulous lobster rolls and split a bowl of clam chowder.

It was really nice to have a little bit of taste from back home. Especially since I’ve mainly been holed up on this little property of ours since March!
That’s awesome! The Peach Truck brings Georgia peaches to Nashville. The did an East Coast truck delivery to my local Garden shop. We had some wonderful Georgia peaches!! I love that companies are doing this!
