Before I start, I need to send a “shoutout” to Barb (I hope I remembered that correctly!) who also goes by the nickname “Mama-Q” who sat next to me on the Southwest flight to Boston. I promised her I would mention her on Five Questions Friday last week but since we were having so much fun up in Vermont, I forgot the whole thing! Anyways, to “Mama-Q” thank you so much for occupying my time and avoiding the stress of flying!

Eric: Hey, I don’t answer those type of questions.
Next question is from an anonymous family member from same reunion…
Q from Anon: So now that you’re meeting the entire bunch of extended relatives from northern Vermont, do you think the family is even more crazy?
Eric: They’re not all crazy… but there appears to be some who are.
(I think that was a dig at the person asking the question!)
Q From Paul: What is the real cause of your clogged up tub that your wife took a bath in?
Eric: Ah… I’m not going there.
(For the record, he had nothing to do with it. But thanks for getting the stopper out that I jammed in there!)
Q from Ben, the Redneck Bootcamp Camper: You said your county is called the Nursery Capital of the World but it doesn’t mean there’s a lot of babies. So why is a tree farm called a nursery and a baby’s room is the same thing? How do you know they don’t mean babies?
Eric: That’s a good question but all I can say is that it’s definitely a nursery for trees and plants. Why they have the same name as a ‘baby nursery,’ I cannot answer.
Q: What aggravated you this week?
Eric: You didn’t even have to ask. Obviously it’s the long wait on that hot plane and then having to get off and then back on to retrieve our belongings and then go to another gate and get on yet another plane! Poor Ben missed an entire first day of our Annual Redneck Bootcamp.
